Yes. All suites, balconies, and common areas are non-smoking.
Yes. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to reserve and stay at the property.
No. The Surf Suites is a pet-free property. This policy helps maintain comfort for guests with allergies and ensures a clean environment for everyone. Service dogs are permitted in accordance with applicable law.
Each suite includes one free parking space. Additional vehicles may be accommodated, subject to availability, and incur a daily fee of $10/day. Paid, public parking may be available nearby, though it is limited during the summer.
Check-in begins at 4:00 pm, and check-out is by 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed, as suites must be prepared between stays.
The property features a private, oceanfront freshwater pool with a sundeck and shaded gazebo. Our pool is open from April 1st to October 31st.
